Every office has one, and by about half past eight he has cleared a space whether anyone asked him to or not. Christmas jumper with the snowflakes across the front, novelty sunglasses he has not taken off since the Secret Santa, one leg up, both arms out and an expression of total commitment. Pictures taken on a phone are always big enough - phone cameras shoot around 3000 x 4000 pixels and we need a minimum size of 1000 x 1000. Pick a clear, well lit one where the face is not small in the frame, and use the original from the camera roll rather than a copy forwarded through a messaging app, which gets shrunk.

A daft face beats a neat one. The joke is the mismatch between a completely straight expression and a body that has committed entirely to the dancefloor.
