A phone snap is fine. Upload the face at 1000 x 1000 pixels or bigger, and make sure it is clear and well lit, because that is exactly what gets printed. Avoid heavy shadow across the face, and avoid photos where the person is small in the frame - if you have to squint at it on your phone, it will not improve on a mug.

No. The background is removed automatically when you upload. You do not need Photoshop, and you do not need to do anything clever to the photo first.

Yes. The preview on the product page is the design, not an approximation. What you see is what gets printed.

Any two mugs are 10% off. Any three or more are 15% off. They do not have to be the same design - buy three different mugs for three different people and the discount still applies. It comes off automatically at checkout.

Get in touch as soon as you can. Mugs go to print quickly, so the sooner you tell us, the more we can do. Once it has gone to print we cannot pull it back.

Every mug is made to order, so allow a few days for printing on top of the shipping time. The exact estimate is shown at checkout for your address.

At the print facility closest to you. UK orders are printed in the UK, US orders in the USA, and so on - it is why delivery is quicker and why we are not shipping mugs halfway round the world.

The design is sublimated into the surface rather than stuck on top, so it will not peel. Normal use, including the dishwasher, is what it is built for.
