Personalized gift ideas for cat lovers - their own cat, on a mug. Claims the warmest spot in front of the fire every December and guards it like the crown jewels. Put your cat's face in the nutcracker's red coat and tall gold-plumed hat, and the look on their face finally matches the uniform - then it is the mug you reach for every morning of the year.

How it works

Upload a photo of your cat. The background comes off automatically and their face drops into the design. A picture taken on a phone is always big enough - phone cameras shoot around 3000 x 4000 pixels and we need a minimum size of 1000 x 1000. Pick a clear, well lit one where your cat is looking at the camera and their face is not small in the frame, and use the original from the camera roll rather than a copy forwarded through a messaging app, which gets shrunk.

What you get
  • 11 oz glossy white ceramic - 3.8in tall, 3.2in across
  • Printed on both sides, so the face shows whichever hand they hold it in
  • Dishwasher and microwave safe
  • Coffee, tea, hot chocolate - whatever gets them through the morning
  • Made to order - no warehouse, no mass printing
