student-nurse-mug
Student Nurse Mug - Personalized With Any Photo

Nurse graduation gifts, personalized with their own photo. A bed bath going badly wrong while the patient calmly shaves his own leg in the wash bowl, one student asleep in a chair with her textbook sliding off her lap, another flat out on the floor in a dead faint, four more asleep in a row at the end of the ward, and in the middle of it an old man enjoying the view far too much while his wife swings a handbag at the back of his head. A real face on the student who has to deal with every bit of it. Upload a photo and it becomes the mug that comes out at the end of every placement.

For the one who has not had a full night's sleep since September, and the family who are quietly very proud of her. Good for starting nursing school, surviving a first placement, qualifying, pinning and graduation, National Nurses Week in May, or a Christmas present for someone currently living on biscuits and three hours' sleep.

<details class="hsm-acc">

How it works

Upload one photo. The background comes off automatically and the face drops into the design, sitting behind the collar so the join never shows and their own hair stays on.

Pictures taken on a phone are always big enough - phone cameras shoot around 3000 x 4000 pixels and we need a minimum size of 1000 x 1000. Pick a clear, well lit one where the face is not small in the frame, and use the original from the camera roll rather than a copy forwarded through a messaging app, which gets shrunk.

A daft face beats a neat one. The joke is the mismatch between the expression and the job in hand.

See the finished mug on screen before you approve and pay.

</details>
<details class="hsm-acc">

What you get

11 oz glossy white ceramic - 3.8in tall, 3.2in across

One wraparound ward scene, with the student nurse front and centre so the face shows whichever hand you hold it in

Dishwasher and microwave safe

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate - whatever gets them to the end of the shift

Made to order - no warehouse, no mass printing

</details>
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1105/7699/2595/files/student-nurse-mug-01-in-hand_0a401d45-4e89-4f7f-9dea-c0179b85fb8f.png?v=1791719762
