Stands very straight, says very little, and has been guarding the same armchair for years. Put your hot shot's face under the gold braid and they will pretend not to like it - then it is the mug nobody else is allowed near, in December or July.

<details class="hsm-acc">

How it works

Upload a photo. The background comes off automatically and the face drops into the design. A picture taken on a phone is always big enough - phone cameras shoot around 3000 x 4000 pixels and we need a minimum size of 1000 x 1000. Pick a clear, well lit one where the face is not small in the frame, and use the original from the camera roll rather than a copy forwarded through a messaging app, which gets shrunk.

See the finished mug on screen before you approve and pay.

</details>
<details class="hsm-acc">

What you get

11 oz glossy white ceramic - 3.8in tall, 3.2in across

Printed on both sides, so the face shows whichever hand they hold it in

Dishwasher and microwave safe

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate - whatever gets them through the morning

Made to order - no warehouse, no mass printing

</details>
